All three Board members are long time residents and have served on the Board for many,
many years providing a consistent and stable managing of the Associations’
responsibilities. Board meetings are held 5 times a year with one Annual meeting of the
Members.

Crest Management is Millridge Forest's homeowners service provider. They assist the
HOA and neighborhood with the administration, budget, preparation, and policy
implementation designed by the HOA to make our neighborhood be safe,successful and
